Plantation Drive

Youth Intelligentsia’s Plantation Drive, led by the Social Welfare Department, was organised to contribute towards a greener and healthier Karachi. The initiative encouraged students to take practical action against increasing pollution and the loss of green spaces by planting trees and promoting greater awareness of environmental responsibility.

The drive also reflected our commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities and SDG 13: Climate Action. Through the initiative, the Social Welfare Department brought members together for a simple but meaningful effort towards improving the urban environment and promoting social responsibility.
