Love & Share

Love & Share is a student-led community initiative by Youth Intelligentsia that focused on simple, practical acts of care. During periods of extreme summer heat, students distributed refreshing drinks to police officers and other government personnel working outdoors, recognising those who continued their duties in difficult weather conditions.

The initiative also extended to passers-by and other members of the public, with students offering refreshments to people on the streets. By taking the activity directly into public spaces, the students turned a small gesture into a visible act of consideration for people facing the heat.

Planned and carried out by the student society, Love & Share gave students an opportunity to organise a public activity, work together and contribute to the well-being of people around them. Its approach was straightforward: identify an immediate need and respond to it through direct action.
