Elevate - Your Growth Circle

Elevate – Your Growth Circle is a Youth Intelligentsia initiative that brings members together for an evening of reflection, learning, discussion and shared experiences. The programme creates a setting where participants can step away from their regular routines, exchange ideas and engage with one another in a more informal environment.

A typical Elevate gathering combines thoughtful discussions, group presentations, talks by YI alumni and interactive activities. Participants are encouraged to share their views, learn from the experiences of others and reflect on their own goals and responsibilities. Alumni sessions add another perspective, allowing current members to learn from people who have previously been part of YI.

The initiative also includes recreational activities such as cricket, football and teamwork games. These activities give members an opportunity to work together outside a formal setting and strengthen relationships through shared experiences.

Through Elevate, we aim to create a space where learning and fellowship go together. It is not structured as a conventional lecture or training session; instead, it brings together conversation, participation, recreation and reflection in a setting where members can learn from one another and build stronger connections within Youth Intelligentsia.
