Parwaaz

Parwaaz is Youth Intelligentsia’s internship drive, created to help university students move from academic learning towards practical work experience. Through the initiative, we connect students with organisations offering internship opportunities and help them navigate the process of finding a suitable placement.

Our work includes engaging companies, developing partnerships, receiving and reviewing student applications, shortlisting candidates and connecting them with relevant internship opportunities. The programme is designed to make the transition from university to the workplace more accessible for students who may have limited professional exposure.

Parwaaz also includes opportunities for students to learn directly from professionals. Mentorship and career sessions have covered areas such as career planning, CV preparation, professional development and the transition from campus to the workplace.

Through Parwaaz, we aim to bridge a practical gap: helping students turn their academic potential into workplace experience and giving them an early opportunity to understand professional expectations.
