Blood Donation Drive

Youth Intelligentsia organises Blood Donation Drives across different university campuses in Karachi, working with healthcare and blood-service organisations to provide students with an opportunity to contribute towards a critical community need. At each participating campus, our chapters mobilise students, raise awareness about voluntary blood donation and facilitate the donation process in collaboration with relevant medical partners.

The initiative is rooted in the principle of saving lives through a simple act of giving. Guided by the Quranic verse, “And if anyone saved a life, it would be as if they saved the life of all mankind” (Qur’an 5:32), the drive encourages young people to take an active role in supporting patients who require blood for treatment and emergencies. Through these campus-based drives, YI continues to promote voluntary blood donation, social responsibility and community participation among university students.
